Supporting the Transition to Adulthood with Care and Guidance

Leaving care or the family home can be a daunting prospect for any young person. Our 16+ accommodation services provide a safe, supportive, and semi-independent environment for young adults to develop the skills they need for a successful future.

What We Provide:

Self-Contained Studio Flats or Shared Housing: Safe, well-maintained, and furnished accommodation.

On-Site Support: Dedicated support workers to assist with budgeting, cooking, education, employment, and emotional well-being.
A Pathway to Independence: Our support is designed to be gradually reduced as each young person gains confidence and capability, preparing them for fully independent living.

24/7 On-Call Support: Peace of mind knowing that help is always available in case of an emergency.

Who is this for? Care leavers, vulnerable homeless young people, and those referred by local authority children's services.
